  Want To Add VCR Type Rewind Lines

  Thanks in advance for this, this place truly is great. I would like to add some VCR marks to my video. The squiggly lines. I’m trying to glitch some clips, pretty cool stuff. Do you I need to make these lines in PS or some other program?

  I would try by creating a VHS tape with all black video, then capturing the acutal rewind noise (assuming the artifacts showed as light areas, then use the result as a mask.
