  Hoizontal/Vertical Scroll Bars are not showing up in Vegas

  Hello All,
  After installing Vegas 7 (version d then updated to e) on a new computer, I have no horizontal or vertical scroll buttons/arrows. Where the horizontal buttons & scroll bar should be is just a black bar. Where the vertical buttons & scroll bar should be is just a grey bar. On the black bar if I press the mouse & drag I do get movement, but not being able to see the buttons is obviously not good. I tried reloading the software (both d & e) but it did not help. Any suggestions to help fix this would be much appreciated.

  My two suggestions are to either:

  1) Reset the Windows theme back to default

  or

  2) Turn OFF “Theme Support” in the Vegas preferences
