  add border around video window

  I’m having issues adding a border to a PIP window. What would you recommend as the easiest way to accomplish this?

  What about sony-border effect?
  Or create a border with tranparent background
  in photoshop and place it over your video?

  To make it work on the PIP instead of the entire frame, click the little “Pre/Post” TRIANGLE to the left of the name “Border” to the left of the effect timeline.
