Are you using a Decklink with Vegas? Please help…
I’ve posted about this ‘problem’ in a few forums, including the Sony Vegas forum on Sony’s site – and no response… if someone is using a BMD Decklink card for preview (don’t care what model), could they please check in the preview device preferences of Vegas 7.0c or 7.0d and let me know if they have an option for 720×480? It used to be there prior to 7.0c, but now we’re stuck with 720×486 which is a major pain when working with DV source material… Sony hasn’t responded to my question about it (well they did, but their automated responses had nothing to do with the problem).
If someone could let me know, I would appreciate it. Trying to figure out if it’s something to do with our hardware… although we rolled back to 7.0b and had 720×480 again, so I doubt it.
