I am not new to VB, but new to Scripts. My first question is how is the variable “VegasApp” (or Vegas in vj) declared? When I use Visual studio to edit my scripts, it shows that it has not been declared.

Question two. Are there more of these variable that can be used that are not declared?

I think you’ll find that most samples you find and the most help will come using C# instead of VB. In reality, the conversion from VB to C# is not that difficult. I also come from a VB background but all of my new scripts are now in C#. My older scripts are in JScript.
