I brought an Vegas 5 encoded MPEG2 file with embedded markers in DVDA. I didn’t import the audio & video as 2 separate streams. When I ask for the program to prepare the DVD it tells me that my MPEG2 file will re encoded even though the whole project will only take up 20% of disk.

Why would this happen? Is it something to do with the audio or did Vegas use too high a bit rate?

    Thanks in advance
