  TV Turn on Effect like this!? How do I achieve it??

  Hey everyone,

  Im hoping that someone can help me acheive the effect at the beginning of the video below. Its pretty much a tv turning on effect. Iv’e tried multiple things, but havent really gotten close enough for my liking. Ive tried Video Copilots Twitch plugin, but havent be able to achieve with just that alone. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in Advance!!!

  here’s a tutorial on creating a scifi hologram that will get you part of the way there.
