  Regions?

  Haven’t been using “Regions” function.
  Need to in this project,—but it is greyed out in “inssert” menus and “R” doesn’t work to insert “region” markers.
  If I have video markers are regions prohibited?

  First, you have to drag out a time selection to define the in and out points of the region.
