  network render: only one renders…

  hello,

  i set up my first little render farm (kinderboerderij).
  proudly i sat down to watch my two pc’s join hands.
  everything works smoothly, but through the windows task manager i saw that the ‘second’ pc does all the rendering.

  is there a chance that i overlooked one simple option somewhere?

  the one all the files are on, the one i control it with.

  are you attempting to render a mpeg or ac3 files ?
