  Looking for free downloadable movie footage on Paratroopers.

  Hi Gary, Ed, Mike, Peter and the rest of the COW Family,

  I know this was asked before on this forum, but I can’t find it. I’m asking for the site that has free footage that you can download. The subject I’m looking for is on vietnam (paratroopers).

  Ralph,
  I was a paratrooper in Vietnam and the only OFFICAL jump in Vietnam was in February of 1967. Operation Junction City in the Central Highlands. The 503rd infantry 173rd Airborne Brigade (seperate) made the only officially recognized paratrooper jump of the war. If you google the 173rd airborne brigade you may come up with some footage.

  Hi Guys,

  Thanks for all the information and now I have some research to do. I’m trying to gather some footage to put onto DVD using Vegas6 and DVD3 of course for my Brother-In-Law who recently passed away at 58 years old. He was a paratrooper in Vietnam in the 101st Airborne. He was also a retired Sargeant from the Illinois State Police. The site that you gave me will help me a lot.
