I have 1 clip of video in my timeline that I want to play in slow motion, while the rest of the video I want in normal speed. I can’t seem to find anything about it in the manual. I figured out how to play the entire video in slo-mo but I only want one clip to slow down.
    thanks,
    Jim Kay

    Two ways.

    1. Hold Ctrl and drag the right edge of the event to the desired duration – up to 25% possible this way.

    2. Right click / Insert Envelope / Velocity. An envelope appears which can be dragged or ramped down to the desired speed.

Or you can use a combination of both.

How are you applying slo-mo to the whole project?

I was right clicking on the “scrub” marker and it allows you to
    choose 50% or 25%. It’s really just a “playback” speed, I believe.

It is on page 125. Velocity seems to be the one you want.
