  New Smallville open credits.

  I read that the new Smallville open credits was done with Final Cut Pro and After Effects.
  Can this be done in Vegas 6? If so what kind of plugins would be needed? would WAX work?
  What tutorial are out there that would help in doing this kind of effect. I think it is mostly transition with the shatter effect and the shatter overlay on some of the video.

  and look down to Feb-2005. The video clip “Chanimal-superman” has been done with vegas.

  That was a very nice video, but I was looking for some advice on how they did the effect of one clip shattering out reveling a clip underneth. I don’t know if this can be done in Vegas or if this has to be done in AE.
