    Hi Jedi and All,

Still trying to find all the hidden nooks and crannies in Excalibur – really neat program. I have been using the DVD Asset Collector with some success – however – Excalibur is not including the regular markers when I render a region (I need these for chapter names in DVDArch).

I’m rendering multiple regions on a timeline using the Asset Collector, have selected “Use Region Labels as Filename” in Excalibur, but it’s still not doing it like it says it should in the PDF.

Is there an option I’m not checking somewhere? The box is also checked in Vgas (“Save markers in Media file”)

    Thanks!

    Unk.

I’m not sure I’m following this but here’s how it works:

Place MARKERS on the timeline where you want CHAPTER POINTS on the DVD
Place REGIONS on the timeline where you want to render small segments
Place COMMAND MARKERS on the timeline where you want it to pull out snapshots.

As for saving the markers so they become chapter points, you need to make sure the “Save Markers” checkbox is checked by default on the Render As dialog.
