  transitions between menus and content

  Just a clip from a web page about DVD studio 3.
  DVD Studio supports transitions, such as dissolves and fades, between menus and content, smoothing the shift from the button click to the appearance of video and slide shows. This offers a polish that DVD Workshop and Encore don’t give.
  I seen DVD studio and it is very good and easy to use .
  Can I do the above with DVDA3 if so how is it done

  It’s a long route to take, but you could build your menu, capture it as a jpeg, then build the transition into the start your media.
