  DVD Region question

  I have a client who needs a “Region 0” or “Region 2” DVD. I understand that the world is divided up into regions for DVD playback but I haven’t had to deal with this before. Can I deliver what the client needs? I am in the U.S., working in NTSC, editing with Vegas and authoring on DVD Architect.

  Just realized my answer was right there in DVDA.

  The DVD will be region free (i.e. it will play in ALL regions)
