  streaming video

  I am using Sony Movie Studio and want to publish a series of 5-10 second clips in web format. AS I am a beginner, what is the best format to select?

  What does streaming video mean?

  Render it out to WMV format. Pick a bitrate that gives you a suitable size. You might try starting around the 512 mark and then go higher or larger depending on the resulting file size.
