i want to create an effect of tomatos being thrown at the camera and when they hit red slime dripping down the screen. I thought to use trapcode particular and setting it to emit the tomato, but how do i get the red slime to drip down the screen?
    Thanks

CC Mr Mercury might do the trick. But it takes a lot of patience and twicking.

    Hope I helped.

    Cheers.

CC Mercury is ok but good old masking works faster. You can keyframe the mask and/or use Liquify to animated the splatters and drips. Add Fractal Noise (using its built-in Blending Mode) to get a more natural-looking smudge/tomato texture.
