  Making H.264 DVD’s

  I have been experimenting with H.264 using V5 and NERO Recode. Does anyone know if it is possible to make a DVD from H.264 files? I want to create a “standard” DVD using these files. Apparently there a a few DVD players available which handles the mp4 format.

  This is supposed to be the way to author Hi-Definition DVD content
  on apple hardware.

  The new version of DVD studio pro can do this.

  Not sure about mp4 set top playback though.

  I don’t think you’ll be able to do a standard dvd
  that is set top playable.

  http://www.videohelp.com has a list of players that might
  play the mp4 content but I think it has to be on cd.
  could be wrong though.
