  1920×1080 BMPs rendering with non-square pixel aspect ratio – how to reset to 1:1?

  I’m rendering out 1920×1080 BMPs, but they are showing up with non-square pixel aspect ratios. I don’t know how to reset this to 1:1.

  How can I do this?

  There is none. For some reason the PAR is being set to something other than 1.0 internally when the file is saved. Force your viewer application to show square pixels (ignore PAR).

  OK Cheers. They display in Windows Explorer as square images, but After Effects is able to deal with it.
