License trouble

I bought PI 3.0 years ago and now tried to install a downloaded version of PI 3.09 (particleIllusion-install-3.09)but there´s also a file (pIllusion_3041_update) that were downloaded from Wondertouch at the time.
The installation process of my software stops when I add the serial number that was delivered by Wondertouch.
Pleas explain what I have to do to try this software!

November 4, 2013 at 1:04 pmHi Jack. You shouldn’t need to use an update installer. Download the latest version here:
https://www.genarts.com/support/downloads/particleillusion/standalone
You’ll need to email support (at) genarts (dot) com for a new serial number.

Long story short, I wanted to update to 3.0.9 and uninstalled the older version and am stuck in trial mode so I followed the advice after first emailing support@wondertouch only to get undeliverable then finding this forum post and this…(see below)- so what do I do now? Productivity = 0.

November 8, 2013 at 5:37 pmOK, I used GMail instead but that email is not registered to PI so i hope it’s not an issue. Got a response with a ticket number – fingers crossed. Might want to look in to why spamhaus is blocking GenArts.

November 8, 2013 at 6:26 pmWe’ll still need to figure out why the email was blocked, so I’m not going to delete that post. (I actually don’t think I have that ability anyway.)
Did you mention to the support team about the address being blocked?
