  video background – source filter to grabber error

  When I try to use an AVI video as background I get “Could not connect source filter to grabber error”

  How can I fix this please.

  First, make sure you’re using version 3.0.4.1 or newer.

  If you are, then please send me a short video clip that has the problem and I can debug it. Send it to support at wondertouch dot com.

  If you’re creating the AVI yourself using some application, see if you can choose a different AVI codec when creating it.
