  Reinstalled Plugins, but still getting a “Missing” error

  Hello. So I have a project file that uses two effects from the Profound Effects company, “Scanlines” and “Video Noise.” After reinstalling from the “CameraPOV AE Installer,” I am STILL getting an error about the plug-ins being “missing,” even though I can manually go into the “plug-ins” folder and clearly see that they have been installed. I’ve restarted AE and my Mac to no avail. What more do I need to do to make the project aware, “Hey, these plug-ins are right over here?”

  I see no reply here, but I too am experiencing this problem. Any advice? I’m the in the middle of a project and can’t finish without them on this computer.
