  Dragging effects to stage… nothing happening…

  Just got particle illusion, I have it on select mode and everything.
  But when I drag the effects to the stage… nothing happens. The little ripple sign cursor that’s supposed to appear when you go to add an effect…doesn’t.

  Sorry, total n00b at this ><... Am I just doing something really stupid?

  Select mode is for selecting things on the stage. Add mode is for adding emitters to the stage.

  When in add mode don’t drag — just choose your emitter from the library and click once in the stage window.
