  Simulating water over the sand? How to?

  Any good particles for use of water over sand (see through) like on the beach? I have the background for sand, I just need the water over top, coming in and out like the tide (from a bird’s eye view). Thanks – I have asked the same question in the After effects forums if I can’t come up with a PI way of doing it.
