    Hello all.

I would like to add some ‘fairy dust’ to a video of my niece who was in a pagent. I would like the dust to sparkle around her. In otherwords I need to control the position and movement of the dust.

I tried using a trial version of ‘Flash Particle Studio’ but it did not play nice with my Adobe Premire Elements 3.0 video editing software. I think it may have something to do with the frame rate (frames per second). I read somewhere that all video must be in RAW DVI for Premier Elements 3.0 to use. My puter is a 2.2GHz with 2Gig of RAM and almost 1TB total hard drive space.

I came across Particle Elements CE and would like to know if anyone knows if it plays nice with Premier Elements 3.0. I see there are two versions of Particle Illusion and they are both quite tempting. If anyone knows they work well, let me ask another question: the video effect is edited in which program? Thanks in advance for your help. -Brad
