  is it by any of these particle Illusion programmes?

  if so which version?, i have particle Illusion SE.

  Yes, most of those effects look like they were done in particleIllusion. One of the explosion ones was a Super Emitter, so could only be done in 3, but the dust ones alone can be done using any of pISE’s dust or smoke emitters.

  For a little more advanced disintegration effect, check this tutorial out (it is for version 3, not SE though).
