  Clarification

  If I render, say for example, emitter_05_09.il3 to a 10 second avi file, can I resell this?

  So you want to take the library emitters that somebody else created (a “preset” in essence), render that to an AVI unmodified and sell it as your own work?

  Legally, we don’t prevent you from doing this — you can use the rendered output of the emitter libraries any way you want (you can’t sell the emitters though). Ethically, do you really want to do this?
