  bringing in emitters from PI to Motion

  Since I have the PI set for Motion I was hoping I would be able to bring some of the new ones in PI to a Motion project but I could not import. They were just greyed out. Is there a way to do this?

  No, sorry. To get the particleIllusion emitters converted to Motion, we have to put them through special conversion software, then do some manual editing.

  There have been a lot more emitters released since we converted the first Motion set, so maybe we should release a “volume 2”.
