  Star Trek beam effect

  Hi,I wanted to create the effect of someone beaming in or particles of someone coming together to form the person. I understand I have to Blue/Green screen the person first so it is only them that is affected and not the background, but I dont know how to make the particles make up the person (if you know what I mean!)
