  Not the usual question on the pI AE plug-in

  Will the Layer Offset feature be available from inside of AE, or will I have to mess around with layer anchor points and/or motion trackers for panning camera shots?

  It will not be in the plug-in, as it duplicates existing features that are already present in AE as you point out.
