  installation problems

  when I try to install the demo i get this message.
  ISSET_SE CAUSED A a general protection fault in module KRNL386.EXE at 0002:0fd6.

  choose close. ISSET_SE will close
  I have windows xp professional

  Which demo, 3.0 or SE?

  Have you tried rebooting, then installing right after the reboot?

  You may also want to try booting in Safe Mode, installing, then booting normally. You can bring up a boot options menu for Windows if you hold the F8 key before Windows starts.
