looking for particle illusion specialist?
Hello My name is Dusty DePree. Producer, Writer, Director, Editor of a small, low budget psychological horror film called Dimples. I like to call it J Horror done american.

anyway, there is one scene that someone gets axed. you do not see it, and the scene is rapid fire, quick cuts…I was hoping to create some particle effects that can look like blood spray. The scene is dark, with a blue shafts of light from the outside. The portion of the scene that needs the particle effect lasts for about 10 seconds. I am not sure if particle illusion is something you can buy and learn to do this quickly? OR I would probably feel much more comfortable hiring someone with experience that can whip it out real quick. If whipping it out real quick is even possible?
Anyways, we are low budget, but we do have a budget…we are just looking for the most cost effective and effecient way to achieve this goal. Time is pressing as well. Distributors are interested.
