  Drizzle/Rain drops

  Hello,

  I am having a hard time locating the drizzle/rain drops effect.
  You know, the white rings in random size and drops.
  I’ve seen it before in one of the libraries, but I can’t find it now.
  Could someone be nice enough to let me know ?

  Look in the 05-05 library.
