  Frame Rate Question

  I’ve got a commercial shoot coming up and the client says besides posting the video on the usual web and social media sites, it may end up being broadcast in the UK and Australia. Should I be shooting at a strict 25 or 30 FPS to conform to PAL standards? Or does it matter?
