  AV-HS400a problem/question

  Hello,

  I’ve been put in charge of a small learning TV studio at a school. It’s using a Panasonic AV-HS400a switcher, outputting to Final Cut Pro on a Mac.

  

  The above is what the switcher is doing. You can see the camera 1 – camera 3 inputs normally, but the preview and program monitors are white, and that’s what it is outputting.

  Am I doing something wrong? Is there a simple fix? Is the switcher busted?
