  PAL recordings in America

  Hi,
  I need direction as to what would be the best workflow for our situation. Were based in the US and are needing to record videos that will be shipped for post-production and delivery to a PAL country. Our cameras, switcher and recorder (ProRes LT 1080p) except for our lights are switchable between NTSC 60Hz and PAL 50Hz.
  So my question is should I set all my capture/recording devices to record PAL (even though the light have a different Hz rate) or should I record all NTSC and transcode to PAL?
