  U-Matic BVU850p TBC

  Hello

  I’m in the process of ingeste material from a BVU850 pal machine. I have read a lot about TBC . I’ve looked at a Micro Time FT220 .

  My question is regarding . BNC SC . At FT220 , there is no SC out BNC . Have looked at BVT810p and has SC out . Is it better to buy a BVT810p instead of FT220

  Micro Time also has Component signal out

  Is the following setup properly.

  BVU850p / TBC Microtime FT220

  1 vtr video out to tbc video in ( Composite or YC 924 Pal )
  2 tbc adv.sync out to ext sync in vtr ( BVU set to ext ref)
  3 tbc doc out to vtr RF off tape in
  4 TBC in ref (Black Burst Generator )

  BVU850p / BVT810p

  1 vtr video out to tbc video in ( Composite or YC 924 )
  2 TBC Adv . Sync out to ext sync in vtr ( BVU set to ext . Sync in)
  3 tbc doc out to RF off tape in vtr
  4 tbc SC out to SC in vtr
  5 tbc ext ref in ( Black Burst Generator )

  BVT810p the SC out and Mirotime FT220 has not SC out .

  Do I need SC signal in the dub from u matic for Avid Liquid
