I have an idea for a comp that I wanna make up…

I have made up some rings in illustrator and chopped them up so you have sections.

The idea is to have them radiate out from a central point & also rotate around the central point.

Im guessing that its something about position vs anchor point, but my head just doesnt seem to be playing ball in helping me out!

I have trapcode particular, dont know if this could be used either…

Any advice is always greatly appreciated!

If you think you might be able to help but need it explaining better, I’ll knock up a little picture to better illustrate what im after.

    Cheereo!

Radio Waves. Fun and cool and easy to grasp. It is a flat system so you will want to either rotate the layer in 3D or use multiple copies with different orientations.

Particle World will use a movie or still image sequence as the emitter source and the emitter can be moved in z space within the layer. But the output from the filter is a 2d layer.

This is my standard sigfile so do not take it personally: “For crying out loud, read the freakin’ manual.”
