  TV Broadcasting question?

  Wether you are in PAL or NTSC region, do all broadcasting TV stations use interlacing? Or do some use, instead of 25i they use 50P? Also, would you think its the best option to broadcast at 50fps?

  Hi John,

  Here in the US, most are interlaced, some stations do use 60P (at 720). You often see 60P in sports broadcast since you get the added fluidity needed for fast camera pans.
