  Calibrating Panasonic BT-LH2170

  We just bought the Panasonic BT-LH2170 monitor and when looking at the instructions for calibrating it talks about equipment needed to calibrate the monitor. Pic shown below

  

  Then in the next page it shows me this:

  

  Basically what I am asking is what is the best method (or what do I need to do)? It’s still on the default settings.

  Any help would be appreciated!
