  Mongolia TVC broadcast specs?

  Hi everyone,

  I have a potential job coming up that requires delivery of a commercial for broadcast in Mongolia. Mongolia is listed as using SECAM and as the source footage is in PAL that makes the post workflow nice and easy. However I’m completely in the dark regarding delivery standards (SD/HD? Tape or Digital? Clapper and countdown standards, etc). I’m seeking some more info from the client but could anyone shed any light on the finer points of TVC delivery in Mongolia?
