  Best Options for Video Conferencing?

  Does anyone have any recommendations for video conferencing solutions with news entities? Basically, my company wants to set up a mini studio in our building that would allow my CEO to do a live interview with a news agency in say, New York, sort of like when Brian Williams does a sat interview from New York with someone in California. Is there another/cheaper option than sat time? I’ve looked a Cisco TelePresence Broadcast and a bit at Polycom. Would Skype be an option? Can a news agency take a skype feed and make it look really good?
