  Creative borders and picture frames around video for broadcast

  Hi I’m editing a music video which contains colored borders and black circular picture frames around the video(16:9 HD.) Some of the circular borders extend from the title safe area to beyond the action safe area which was done creatively. The video was originally intended for the web but I’m wondering if those borders can cause a problem if broadcasted over tv. I’m trying to avoid removing those borders; they are part of my creative work.
