  Video Specs for ftp upload

  How many of you have found it difficult to get either a straight answer about getting the correct specs for digital delivery, ie uploading your spot or piece to an ftp site for broadcast?
  In this case CNN, I can’t seem to find a contact or website information to get the correct file to them and the pdf that I was forwarded to me is from 2006 and has .wmv as the example format used to upload to their ftp. I can’t imagine that this is still the format that they want to broadcast their media in?

  I that feeling… been there…
  Yep, it is now and then quite frustrating to try to find out delivery specs.
  Customers don´t know what they want but after the delivery they seem to know very well what they DON`T WANT!!!
