  Movei For Tv Broadcast – Flicker Problem

  Hello to all.

  I have a big problem, I created a movie for my company
  and I went for create the Beta SP.

  They told me my video have some flicker problems or some problem they dont explain it correctly, so I used all the tricks in the books to fix it, blurs, glows, shadows, and the problem keeps .

  If anyone have a Video monitor , or some device that can see the look of the movie on TV, Can give me some info in what is the problem, and how can I fix it.

  I will be very thankfull.

  The movie comes from a uncompressed file, and I just render it using mpg and Dv codec.
