  Epilepsy triggers

  I am researching methods of detecting epliepsy triggers in video. We are looking for something that will possibly run batch video files detecting for red flash and white flash.

  I have found this https://www.hardingfpa.com which is a pattern analyser but at 12k is pretty steep.

  Has anybody come across anything similar.
