Hi Ive been asked to view HD work using YUV colour space. Im monitoring the video using a dell 2109w monitor and a sony SD video monitor through my Decklink HD extreme video card.

My question is.. Using this card and a HDMI output am i monitoring my video signal in YUV for HD video?

Is the HDMI connector giving me a YUV colour space?

I understand that using the 7,8,9 BNC connectors from the breakout cable give a YUV colour space to a SD sony video monitor but as this project is HD is the signal still in YUV colour space on the SD monitor?

Is YUV default when using HDMI from this card?

    thanks
