    Sorry for yet another post guys. I’ll be able to contribute here a lot though once I’ve got this all figured out.

    We are recording master tapes to digibeta deck (Sony DVW-2000) through an AJA IoLA from FCP. While everything is going fine and dandy audio randomly cuts out, stops recording, stops coming through our monitors speakers, it just stops. It’s completely random too. Any clue why this could happen?

    computers are dual 2.7Ghz with 8GB of Ram and a 1tb drive running e-sata

    PS- We have tried mix down, turning off mirror on desktop, and shutting all other programs down.
