    I’m being pulled into the build-out for a new studio and am trying to find stats on how far a signal will travel along fiber before it starts to degrade.

    I’m no engineer and didn’t really want to get roped into this workgroup but I don’t think that I have much of a choice now.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    it won’t degrade. VYVX has fibre lines running from state to state, and this is used for broadcast transmission all over the US.
