Hello, and thankyou for the attencion.

I have to buy two monitors to connect to a Mac Pro for video editing and AE post production.
Someone told me that 24′ Eizo HD2441W monitors are better than 23′ Apple Cinema display. But they work with photography, not with video. So, before to blindly spend my money, I ask you what do you think about this. Do I really need 24′ Eizo HD2441W?

Or can you suggest me other solutions, staying with two monitors in a 4000€ budget (5700,00$), please?

    Best reguards.

As far as computer monitors, they are great. But do not expect them to display accurate video signals. For that, you’d need a broadcast monitor.

    Thank you Bryan,
and what do you suggest, I’d like to spend maximum 2000€ (2814$, but here in europe pricese are higher) for each monitor. Do you think is it realistic? What is the first and the second choice, growing over with the expence?

    Thank you very much again!
    Stefano
